80 Ann Street, or "Heritage Lanes", is a 35 level, approximately 62,900 square metre premium office building in Brisbane’s CBD with dual frontage to Turbot and Ann Streets. 

Scope of works:

From the early stages of the project, OZLEC have installed a range of services. See listed below: 

• Cable installation to Ground floor level from 32-storeys and above 
• Low-Voltage cable installation of approximately 35,000m (Cable tray & Underground) 
• Lowering of electrical cable with mechanical assistance
• Both underground and cable tray installation
